Richard Lunore

After I graduated I started racing oval tracks in this area. In 1971 I went into the Army for 3 years. I spent 8 months in DaNang, Viet Nam is real pretty country when you get out of the cities. I spent my last 18 months in Oklahoma where I also raced on dirt tracks in my spare time. I returned to the Gig Harbor area in 1974. I continued racing until 1985 until it became too expensive to continue. I worked in the logging industry until I was hired at PSNS in 1985 as a crane oiler, then crane mechanic , crane operator, and now I am a crane operator supervisor.
